Description
A solid favourite, we toned down the garlic a touch to enhance but not overwhelm the sweet and smoked pepper mix of unique paprika varieties from Szeged in Hungary, unmatched in our opinion for some of the finest sweet peppers in the world . Indian black peppercorns and onion compliment with a touch of lemon and a hint of red jalapeno to finish.
We recommend with;- Steak, Chicken, Potato/Sweet potato wedges/chips, add to a honey glaze for roasted root vegetables. (Try adding to a spaghetti Bolognese sauce or sprinkling over cheese on toast before grilling) in fact this goes with nearly everything savoury.
