Description
A really lovely mix of fruity but mild red jalapeno with the tangy citric bite of lime, we paired this with two really nice Hungarian paprika varieties, one sweet and one smoked. Freshly ground coriander and a mix of white and black peppercorns finished with dried mint leaf.
We recommend with;- Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Salads, Cheeses, Pork Ribs, Nachos, pasta (We love this sprinkled over a fried or boiled eggs.)
