A special recipe from the Middle East, we’ve fused all the classic ingredients to make this highly aromatic spice blend, perfect for many dishes. Gently dry fried coriander, cumin, cardamom and cloves ground and blended with spices, citrusy sumac and exotic rose petals.
We recommend with;- Lamb, goat, chicken, grilled meats and added to stews and tagines.
